National Day of Prayer 2015 – Prayer Warriors Pray For Peace, Healing, And Restoration For The Nation

National Day of Prayer 2015 APrayer has power. Prayer changes things. “For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them” (Matthew 18:20).

In observance of National Prayer Day, as we gather together collectively and individually seeking God’s divine intervention, please take a moment to pray for peace, restoration, healing, the leaders, government officials, those in authority, and every family across the nation everywhere.

This year’s theme: “Lord, Hear Our CryHear the cry and the prayer that your servant is praying in your presence this day” (1 Kings 8:28). Pray according to God’s will that his will, not ours, be done.

With all that is going on, this is a crucial time for our nation. Prayer is needed. We can change the world through our prayers. Pray for everyone. Earnest prayers will have powerful results. God hears the prayers of the righteous. He will answer.

“Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God” (Philippians 4:6). Make a joyful noise. Pray without ceasing.

Here’s Something to Think About. Think on These Things. Believe in the Power of Prayer. Prayer Changes Things

wpid-img_20150130_075733.jpg“Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable–if anything is excellent or praiseworthy–think about such things” (Philippians 4:8)

Prayer changes things is not a myth. It’s a fact. Think about it. When you thought you’d lose your mind and prayed, God showed up unexpectedly. He turned things around in your favor. He made the crooked places straight. He worked it out in your favor. Prayer works.

Make a joyful noise. Pray without ceasing. Glorify God. No matter what you encounter today, give it to God. Whatever the enemy sends today, return it back to the sender; undelivered! James 5:16 “Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working.” (ESV)

When you feel discouraged and fear the design God has for you is working against you, think on these things. What is meant for evil is meant for your good. God will give you, not what you expect out of fear, or what you expect he should. God keeps his word. He will give you the expectations of your faith; the end he has promised. Do what is in your control. God knows best. Pray, leave everything up to God. Let him handle the rest.

National Day of Prayer – May 2, 2013

The nation will gather together May 2, 2013 to commemorate National Day Of Prayer.

Please join in as millions of Americans and prayer intercessors across the nation pray collectively for America.

With all that we are seeing around us, America needs God’s intervention now more than ever. We are in need of healing, restoration, peace, unity, and deliverance.

No matter our differences or personal preferences, let us stand in agreement and gather in unity as we intercede in prayer on behalf of the world. Prayer changes things. And with prayer, we can transform the world. We can make a difference.

While we are to pray every day, wherever you are or whatever you may be doing, please take a moment to do whatever you can to share in this important National Day of Prayer. Be it corporately or individually, pray on behalf of the nation for deliverance and peace.
