When You’re In a Season of Waiting, Don’t Question God. Do You Trust Him, Even When It Feels Like Your Prayers Are Not Being Answered?

Greatness JoaynnHave you ever noticed how when God takes you to the next level, in the beginning and sometimes even during the test all is going well. But as soon as the season is over and you’re on your way to the next level, you meet with adversity that is even greater.

The enemy comes in like a flood, trying to confuse you and make you lose your witness. He’s a liar and the truth ain’t in him! It’s a test. God wants to know if you trust him. He wants to know if he gives you little can he trust you with much. If you are faithful over little matters, he will give you more matters to manage. God is faithful. He will do exactly as he promised.

Every prayer may not have been answered. You may not have all you want. Thank God for what you have. He’s all you need. He’s more than enough. Your faith will be tested. God already knows what he’s going to do. He predestined it. He wants to see what you are going to do. Don’t miss it. Have the gift of discernment in everything no matter how great your breakthrough because you never know who’s watching you.

In order to get to the next level you must pass the test or you can’t go to the next level if you don’t pass it. Study to show yourself approved by God (2 Tim 2:15). Be the light at all times. Don’t fall prey to the tricks of the enemy. Don’t look to the right or to the left. Look to God. He got this!

Be blessed! – JD

Ephesians 1:11 “In Him also we have received an inheritance [a destiny—we were claimed by God as His own], having been predestined (chosen, appointed beforehand) according to the purpose of Him who works everything in agreement with the counsel and design of His will,” (AMP)

Don’t Rush God. Be Patient. Wait on Him. He Knows Exactly What He’s Doing!

Promise With Provision JoaynnThe vision is yet for the appointed time. Don’t rush God. Be patient. Though it may tarry, it will surely come. Everything you’re believing God for will happen in his timing. Be careful what you ask God for. Because you just might get what you are not ready for.

When you ask God to stretch you beyond what you can imagine that you may grow in him, He will pull some things out of you that you didn’t know you had in you to fulfill his purpose. He will stretch you beyond the unthinkable. To do what he put inside you and knows you are capable of. And not what you think you know you are not made of. When he stretches you, it ain’t gone be pretty. Be ready.

Sometimes God has to set us up to bring out some things in us before he elevates us. It may seem like it’s taking too long but don’t get discouraged. Believe it or not, negativity can be a blessing in disguise. It’s calling your attention to something. Transform your mind. Pay attention.

Trials tests our character. Circumstances tempt us. We believe the opposite of what God promises us. We struggle with our identity and are tempted to find our purpose. When in fact, oftentimes it will expose flaws in our character and reveal our true identity.

Struggles do not define us. It’s all in our perception. We’re victors and not victims. God builds character through our trials to mold and mature us. He has to break us before he make us while we are in transition. Some things will need to change in your life for the better that you may grow, become more like Christ, and become a better person.

When our identity is tested we find out what we’re made of and who we truly are when faced with obstacles and situations that make us uncomfortable. Especially when we reach a point in life where we are uncertain what we should be doing to reach our destiny or fulfill our purpose.

We arrive at a place where our job no longer fulfill us, but we know deep inside there’s something greater inside us. With determination, we keep pressing on to do what we are created to do and change the world.

Remember, it takes time to build character. It doesn’t happen overnight. The wait is for a greater purpose. To ensure you are not only prepared when God elevates you but ready to do the work you are called to do. Don’t regret change. It’s required.

What seems difficult will not defeat you. It will make you stronger. Don’t regret the process. When the storm is over you’ll be wiser, better. You will come out stronger. Thank God for every trial, every setback, and every difficulty. He was preparing you for your destiny. Be encouraged. Don’t give up. You made it. Look at God. He did that!

Be Blessed! – JD

Habukkak 2:2-3 Then the LORD answered me and said, “Record the vision And inscribe it on tablets, That the one who reads it may run. 3″For the vision is yet for the appointed time; It hastens toward the goal and it will not fail. Though it tarries, wait for it; For it will certainly come, it will not delay. (NASB)

Toxic People Can Poison God’s Vision For You. Don’t Let Them. Stay Well. Give Birth To The Vision God Gave YOU!

Give BIrth To The Vision JoaynnShoes with worn heels are painful when you walk. Until a person walk in the same shoes they may never understand the depth of your struggle.

True friends are ones you can count on. They don’t judge. No matter what, they will be there for you and love you through the ups and downs. They will support you and tell you the truth, in love. They will be there for you, always.

When I look over my life I find that I’ve faced many trials often wondering what happened to cause my life to be so difficult at times. And with each fiery trial I faced, I looked for an easy way out. When I couldn’t find the answer to what troubled me, I had no choice but to go to God. And at times, was so relieved to see a glimmer of hope.

None of us are perfect but it can be a struggle when you try to do the best you can assured you are doing what you know will please God. Only to have people turn against you. They will look down on you, gossip about you, and judge you for no reason. Which leads me, at times to question their true intentions. I lose trust in people easily when they hurt me. This is something God is still working on in me. I don’t make any excuses for it. I confess my sins to God. I pray every day for God’s deliverance.

When we fail to take an honest look at ourselves only to judge others, we are doing nothing but hindering our own progress. People will always have an opinion about you and will find any opportunity to place judgment. It is how you will choose to respond to it that will matter.

We see what others do and desire nothing but the best for them. Yet we can’t even embellish the thought when someone constantly criticize or complain. Never once taking time to examine themselves and how they may be contributing to the situation.

To exist in an environment which you have no control can be a challenge. It can also be physically, emotionally, and mentally draining. Your heart tells you to keep trusting God no matter what people say about you. But your mind will try and convince you of how bad the circumstance is only to leave you drained and empty. It may be difficult to look to God. But you have to keep reminding yourself that God is in control. It will take patience, perseverance, and prayer. Keep trusting him.

They say time heal all wounds but what can be most difficult is being able to heal and find forgiveness when hurt by someone you truly love. It can be harder to heal from the hurt of family and friends rather than strangers.

You can be pregnant with possibilities and miscarry at any time when you allow toxic people to poison God’s vision for you. Stay well. Give birth to the vision God gave YOU!

Be blessed! – JD

Genesis 13:14, 15 “The LORD said to Abram after Lot had parted from him, “Look around from where you are, to the north and south, to the east and west. 15All the land that you see I will give to you and your offspring forever. (NIV)

No Matter the Situation, Trust God. Declare In Your Weakest Moments, Yet Will I Trust Him

wpid-img_20150320_200055.jpgSometimes, to find your own peace, you have to make the decision to remove yourself from the equation and let God do what he knows best. You have to decide what to add or subtract from your life that serves no purpose.

God promises it will work for the greater good. And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose (Romans 8:28)

I have been traveling what I find is one of the most difficult, confusing, lengthy journeys I have ever encountered in my life. I have been through many things and can count the times I have faced adversity, questionable trials, and unexpected tribulations hindering my ability to move forward. However, in this particular season of my life, I cannot even begin to explain or understand the depth of my journey and at times question my worthiness. While I know it’s never for me to understand all that God does, yet will I trust Him.

I probably say this more often than most so please excuse me. I have to be honest with myself. Every day I struggle with giving up and going back to what is familiar. I say to myself, it’s easier to give in and settle. But when I sit and do nothing, it doesn’t feel right. I just cannot sit and do nothing. I feel out of place. I cannot settle being comfortable or complacent. God chose me. I cannot go back to way it used to be.

It is then I realize when I am discouraged or frustrated, sometimes I have to get to a place where I sit in pure silence without any distractions to hear from God. And every time I talk about quitting or giving up, when I pray I must listen for that still small voice. God gives me a revelation letting me know he has a different plan. I must keep the faith and learn to be obedient.

God doesn’t want our sacrifice. He wants our obedience. What good are works if you don’t have faith? Honor God with obedience not your works. Without faith it’s impossible to please God. We must be obedient to the Spirit. Do what God tells you to do, and not what your will tells you.

In our deepest moments of pain and suffering when we can’t see God in anything, declare, yet will I trust Him. God is just a prayer away. Pray. God is always listening. He may not come when you want him but he’s always on time. Trust Him. He will answer.

Be blessed! –JD

1 Corinthians 10:13 “No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it.” (ESV)

Don’t Be Troubled or Perplexed by Trials. Welcome Adversity. You Have to be Defeated Before You Can Have Victory

wpid-img_20150121_073442.jpgIn life, we always will encounter obstacles that will either test our faith or cause us to doubt what we already believe. Oftentimes, adversity will present itself that we may humble ourselves before we look up to see the Lord. Have faith in what we cannot see.

Yes, bad things happen because we live in a fallen world but in order for us to get through the bad, we have to go through some things. We have to be defeated before we can have victory. Otherwise, how would we know God will fight our battles if we didn’t have them? How else would we know we need God when troubled on every side? Or trust him when he says, he will deliver us from evil?

God wants us to grow. We cannot grow without being cut. Just as trees cannot grow with dead leaves, to have a new life, old habits and bad attitudes have to be cut. When you find yourself blaming God for what he didn’t do, humble yourself and thank him for what he did do. He kept evil from destroying you.

Life without failure has no meaning. Trials are necessary. They are not meant to punish us. Thank God for the trials. Trials are meant to develop us. When we go through the valley, God goes with us. God desires to guide us with love and wisdom, rather than punishment. His word promises to deliver us from evil.

“For those whom he foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, in order that he might be the firstborn among many brothers” (Rom 8:29). God knew you before he formed you in your mother’s womb. He knows exactly what he is doing. Be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind. Meditate on the word. Accept his advice. God’s ultimate goal for us is to make us like Christ (1 John 3:2). He wants to conform us to Christ likeness.

Whatever God has spoken over your life, it will be done. It won’t always be like this. You’ve come too far. God will perfect that which concerns you. Sooner or later, it will turn out in your favor. Thank Him in advance for what he’s done, is doing, and is going to do. Praise the Lord. Thank you Jesus!

Don’t be defeated. Defeat will be necessary before you can have the victory. If God says the righteous will not be forsaken, you are more than a conqueror, believe him. Whatever God says take him at his word. God keeps his word. “For all the promises of God in him are yea and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us (2 Cor 1:20). Don’t miss this. God said it. I believe it. That settles it!

Be blessed! –JD

2 Corinthians 4:8-12 “We are afflicted in every way, but not crushed; perplexed, but not driven to despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed; 10 always carrying in the body the death of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus may also be manifested in our bodies. 11 For we who live are always being given over to death for Jesus’ sake, so that the life of Jesus also may be manifested in our mortal flesh. 12 So death is at work in us, but life in you.

Thankful Thursday Thought – Are You Like the Tree Planted By the Waters?

20141210085924The Word of God in Psalm 1:3 tells us, “….Whatever he does prospers.” No matter the trials, with God on your side, in due season you will bear fruit. No weapon formed against you shall prosper.

You may have troubles or difficulties along the way. Trials are inevitable. Do not be dismayed. It doesn’t mean we are immune from failure or difficulties. Nor does it guarantee we will be happy.

What the Bible means by prosperity is “when we apply God’s wisdom, the fruit (results or by-products) we bear will be good and will receive God’s approval. We are to soak up God’s Word that it may produce attitudes and actions that will honor God” (1:3). Delight in his presence. Meditate on the Word of God.

God’s Word is our source of nourishment. It feeds the soul. The more you delight in his presence, the more fruitful you are. Spend time with God. Trust Him in every area of your life. Delight in the Lord.

God I thank you for the trees planted by the water. No weapon formed against us shall prosper. When troubled, you are a present help. God, I thank you for your faithfulness. Thank you Jesus!

Are you like the tree planted by the water? If not, get an understanding. Trust God in every encounter. Bear good fruit. Trees planted by the water never fail to bear fruit.

Be blessed! -JD

Psalm 1:3 “Blessed is the man who does not walk in counsel of the wicked or stand in the way of sinners or sit in the seat of mockers. 2 But his delight is in the law of the LORD, and on his law he meditates day and night. 3 He is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither. Whatever he does prospers.” (NIV)

I May Have Been Through The Storm, But I Made It. I Got A Feeling Next Year is Going To Be AMAZING!

wpid-img_20141229_085324.jpgThis year has been by far one of the most challenging, difficult, uncomfortable yet defining moments of my life that I’ve had in a long time. Nonetheless, I’m grateful.

So many things have happened that left me confused and conflicted. But something changed in the midst of going through it. My walk and my relationship with God deepened. I came to know him more intimately. My faith grew. I had a dream and vision. I stepped out on faith believing God for blessings and miracles! (BAM) I believe something amazing is about to happen.

When I kept going to God in prayer for answers, even though I didn’t understand any of it, he revealed to me his promises. He told me exactly what I needed to know to help me move forward. When he showed me his perspective, it propelled me that much more to walk in my purpose.

No matter how much I tried and wanted to stop doing what I know God called me to do, he refused to give up on me. At times when I wanted to turn back the hands of time to go back to what I thought was comfortable and easy, He wouldn’t let me. I may have gone through some things and many times wanted to give up. But every time I would go through something, I was reminded why I’m a Christian.

When I gave my life to God, in every circumstance I encountered in my life, I realized I couldn’t go back to who I once was. My heart just wouldn’t let me be who I once was. When faced with insurmountable obstacles, it didn’t matter how much I tried to dredge up the old me, I didn’t feel comfortable trying to be the old me. I guess that means I’m growing.

God is always working me. And will use me no matter where he sends me. Regardless of the circumstance, when I sit and take a moment to reflect not on my situation but on how good God has been to me, I begin to think about what I must do to bring him glory.

Know this, while situations may be heartbreaking, discouraging, and sometimes can bring you to the point of death, every day you rise and see the sun shine is God saying, “Don’t fret. I’m not through with you yet. You’ve been through worse. Have I ever failed you? This too shall pass. I’m always with you.”

For everything that has a beginning and an end, there is a purpose. We must be cognizant of God’s presence in any situation to understand, He will fulfill his purpose. When trials come, know that they are to be expected. God has a master plan. Be willing and able. Expect the unexpected.

In the most difficult situation, don’t look to the right or to the left. Look to God. He is a present help. Yes, it will take some time to heal when you suffer and go through, but don’t stay stuck in your misery only to keep suffering. Give everything to God. Let him handle it. Nothing’s too hard for God.

What doesn’t kill you will make you stronger, wiser, better. Don’t live with regrets only to miss your blessing. Yes, we’re human and sometimes the flesh will rise up causing us to feel defeated and lost. We can either learn from the experience or choose to stay stuck. Time heal all wounds. Take time to heal. But don’t live bound forever in your refusal to truly heal.

Ask God to give you strength to get through whatever may be troubling you. Go to God. He will fix it for you. People may hurt you but when you know what you know about God, there’s nothing man can do to you to stop him from fulfilling his purpose. God is a heart fixer, mind regulator, a doctor in the sick room. He’s a healer, no matter what ails you. No matter the circumstance, stand! Stand on the Word of God. Put everything in his hands. Life is worth living when you live for God.

I love the Lord! No matter how many times I may fail him, I know I’m loved. I am a work in progress. There’s no turning back. Whatever I go through, I know God got my back.

The enemy may come in like a flood but God will lift up a standard against him. The devil thought he won. Ha! Look at me. I’m still standing! I may have been through the storm, but I made it. I got a feeling next year is going to be AMAZING!!

Be blessed! -JD

Ephesians 1:11-14 In him we have obtained an inheritance, having been predestined according to the purpose of him who works all things according to the counsel of his will, 12 so that we who were the first to hope in Christ might be to the praise of his glory. 13 In him you also, when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation, and believed in him, were sealed with the promised Holy Spirit, 14 who is the guarantee of our inheritance until we acquire possession of it, to the praise of his glory. Thank God for the Trials

wpid-img_20141205_112118.jpgEven in your greatest trial, which may seem difficult to handle, God will use it for your good and for his glory. Let it become your testimony.

God will equip you with all you need for doing his will (Hebrews 13:21). He will give you what he knows you need to endure. And we know that all things work together for the good of those who love God; those who are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28).

Let the world know of God’s marvelous works. Show them what he has done for you. Let them see how good God has been to you. Don’t let trials discourage you to the point of defeat. Thank God for them. They are meant to happen for a reason. No matter what you may be going through, know that God is with you. He will never leave you or forsake you. Count it all joy. Trials build endurance. It will help you grow and become stronger. Thank you Jesus.

Be encouraged. God doesn’t call the equipped; He equips the called. Some of his greatest work is done through broken people. God can use you. He will equip you for the great things he has in store for you. Be blessed! -JD

Hebrews 13:20-21 “May the God of peace, who through the blood of the eternal covenant brought back from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great Shepherd of the sheep, 21 equip you with everything good for doing his will, and may he work in us what is pleasing to him, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.” (NIV)

Journey, This One is For You. I May Have Met with Trials; But God. I Thank You For the Journey!

wpid-img_20141019_205038.jpgDear Journey,

Trials didn’t break me. God brought me a mighty long ways. I’ve seen some good days and some bad days. Greater is on the way.

Some things you go through will not feel good. Praise God anyway. It is designed for your good. God is preparing you for a breakthrough.

The joy of the Lord is your strength. You can do all things through Christ Jesus. Praise God. You’re more than a conqueror. It’s your season.

Whatever it is you’ve prayed for, it shall be done. God promised. You will receive it. It’s already done. God does not fail. It shall be done.

Declare God’s goodness no matter the situation. Walk by faith. Be patient. Don’t let what you see in the natural affect your faith walk. Persevere. Don’t give up.

Journey, this one is for you. I may have met with trials; but God. I thank you for the journey!

Be blessed! –JD

2 Corinthians 12:9-109 But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me. 10 For the sake of Christ, then, I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities. For when I am weak, then I am strong. (ESV)

John 14:16 “And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Helper, to be with you forever”

wpid-img_20140815_110821.jpgThe devil was so busy the other day. I told him “Not today, devil. Not today! You’ve been served notice. Cancel every assignment. No weapon formed shall prosper!”

It seemed nothing was going in my favor that day. I felt defeated, lost, and couldn’t see God in anything. I found myself complaining about the things I didn’t have. Telling God how sick and tired I was of being sick and tired because I lost the things I once had.

Bitterness began to set in. I started reflecting on things from my past and began to blame others for my plight just because nothing that day seemed to be turning out right. It was not until I was reminded of Job and in some way, felt the same as he did and began comparing myself to him. Even though I managed to leave out some things, I realized Job was a great example to follow.

Job lost everything. His family and possessions. He was at a crossroad in his faith. He started complaining. He allowed his desire to understand why he was suffering overwhelm him, causing him to question God. Yet he remained faithful, had patience, and endurance. He could have either cursed God and gave up. But he didn’t. He trusted God and drew from his strength to continue. He didn’t give up on God. He worshipped God alone.

He may have questioned God and was not sure why he was suffering because he clearly felt he did not do anything to deserve such punishment. As did I. I questioned “Why me?” “Why me God?” You know the things I need and don’t have. Why am I struggling?

I told him, something changed. I find that the things I used to love doing and looked forward to every day are now becoming extinct. Does that mean I’m growing? I’ve become bored with what used to bring me joy and feel it’s time to move on to something bigger and better. Does it mean you are calling me God to move to the next level? See, I don’t know and now I find I’m truly uncomfortable. I’m struggling.

At times I feel I don’t have strength to do what has been so simple for me. Yet I’m no longer satisfied with just doing something. I desire to do more with the gifts God has given me. Pray for me. It’s not that I don’t want to keep doing what I do. It’s just that I want to do something more than what I’m doing.

I had to get myself together and collect my thoughts. I rose out of bed. I sat on the edge as I began to talk to God and express my frustration and fears. I told him about the things I’m struggling with. And as I’m talking something came to me. God revealed something incredible to me.

And I said to him, “Why not take me through trials and tribulations, almost to the point of death and desperation. That I may lose myself until I find hope in you God. I don’t ask why me but why not me? Why not use me Lord? Let your will, not my will, be done. I come to you with open arms. Use me Lord!”

God said to me “Dear child, I have seen your efforts and know how much you are trying to grow and do the work of the Lord but you cannot do this alone. Don’t worry. Help is on the way. I’m going to send you a blessing that will guide you in this journey.”

I realized no matter how much I read the word, study, and meditate, there was something missing in my walk. I began to repent and confess my wrongs to God. I knew in the end this would shape me for service to others.

John 14:16 tells me, “And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Helper, to be with you forever.”  This assures me the Holy Spirit is on my side. It is working for and with me. I will live as God wants and build God’s kingdom.

I will never stop spreading words of encouragement, inspiration, or the love of God. I just feel deep inside I need to be doing more. Pray for me as I pray for myself. Search me, God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts (Psalm 139:23).

Search for sin and please point out things I’m not doing right. Show me any and all wrong motives that may be behind the things I’m feeling. When you show me what I’ve done, I will repent and seek forgiveness. I will walk in your ways. I am forgiven.

There’s a struggle inside each of us. There’s someone fighting a battle somewhere much harder than any of us. Pray. God will keep watch over us.

Every day I have to ask God for forgiveness. I admit I’m not a saint. I’m a sinner. At times, I wrestle with my flesh. And don’t get it right in the beginning. I won’t say a word. It’s for the good. I watch, I listen, then take it to God. I put it in his hands. I don’t have to do a thing. I leave it up to Him.

Be blessed! -JD

Colossians 3:1-41 If then you have been raised with Christ, seek the things that are above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. 2 Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth. 3 For you have died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God. 4 When Christ who is your life appears, then you also will appear with him in glory.” (ESV)

Change Makes You Stronger

wpid-img_20140621_161426.jpgAs I ponder on my life, I think about times when life was just that, “life” filled with ups and downs, trials and tribulations, struggles, sadness and fear. Yet it was during these times that I found myself rejoicing in the Lord, giving thanks for grace and mercy he bestowed upon me.

With change, at no fault of my own, I have gone through what I find to be the most difficult time in my life. With prayer and fasting bringing me through what I called tumultuous times. During prayer with my Mom as we touched and agreed, I literally cried out in tears to the Lord because at that moment, I needed him.

I needed him to let me know everything was going to be alright. I needed him to let me know I was not alone. I needed him to comfort and guide me. I needed him. So, it wasn’t surprising after prayer, oftentimes immediately, God would show up letting me know he was right beside me. He would prove to me he was there.

It was during this time I would experience the unimaginable. God would make the impossible possible. He would turn the ordinary into extraordinary. When I least expected it. His love for me prevailed. Blessing after blessing would appear from unexpected sources, unexpected places, and unsuspecting people. He would bless me abundantly beyond measure, even when I truly felt I didn’t deserve it. He did not forsake me.

I learned I mustn’t rely on material things or people for my provision. God was to be my only source. I learned when I believe what I hear from God it activates my faith. It clears my doubts. It restores me. It helps me build up others.

To live in bondage prevents deliverance. To stray away from those who represent Christ in my life would only give the enemy control. Control he didn’t deserve. I realized when faced with a trial, I must not lose faith but be able to recognize my faith in the manner I conduct myself. I must humble myself in order for God to move. God stands for power and truth.

It took a long time but through situations and circumstances, I’ve learned to trust in God. I learned how to activate my faith without hesitation. I am getting better. I’m not fully where I need to be but I’m better at where I am supposed to be.

I am a believer in the power of God and what it is He can and will do. When things seem like they are not going to go as planned (which is more often than most), I am assured God will come right on time. In spite of lies against God’s truth the enemy attempts to convince me of when in the broken, fragile state I find myself in from time to time.

I am convinced my identity is in Christ. Not based on worldly possessions of a job, a car, a house, or who I marry, but in Christ. I am one of his disciples. My life must be a reflection of that when the enemy comes to kill, steal, and destroy in order to come against his attack. I have FAITH. I am safe in God.

Life can be so complicated and oftentimes, we lose our way and the sight of God. We know he’s there, but lose sight of him when we look to our circumstances but instead should look to Him. For, “God is not a man, that he should lie, nor a son of man, that he should change his mind. Does he speak and then not act? Does he promise and not fulfill?” Numbers 23:19

No, he doesn’t speak and then not act. No, he doesn’t promise and not fulfill. His promise is his Word. I know. I am a witness to his goodness and mercy. I say “Yes”. When I think of all that God has brought me through, I can truly say “Thank you Jesus” for the wonderful things you have done for me in the midst of my troubles. I love you Lord, you are Alpha and Omega! I couldn’t do this thing called life without you. And second to God, I can’t forget my Mom. My heartfelt “Thank you” oh beautiful, gracious Mother. You are my rock. I ♥ Mom!!!

Trust God. He will take care of you. Have faith. Believe.

Be blessed for this is the day the Lord has made and in it we will rejoice!

“Lord, if I had ten thousand tongues it wouldn’t be enough to thank you. You’re the same yesterday, today and forever more. You’re my redeemer!” — JD
